Advanced exploration of the neural, muscular, and skeletal aspects of human physical performance and fitness. Students will acquire an understanding of both the exercise response and training adaptations of the neuromuscular systems to exercise stress, and will explore ways of enhancing performance via structured resistance training and the usefulness of various nutritional supplements.
